Protein levels (mass spectrometry by CPTAC)

Hello

I downloaded the CPTAC protein levels data for ovarian cancer. I am unable to understand the data values provided. They are integer values in [-2,2]. I checked the CPTAC website for some explanation of the values but failed to find it. I would be grateful if you could provide information on how the MS data was used to produce the final data.
