Hello,

I’m a student at McGill University and I’m working on a project using PedCBioPortal. Indeed, we would like to review some of the glioma data published online, however, when selecting all studies, we end up with duplicate samples found in multiple studies. This may be an issue downstream if we would like to conduct statistical analyses. Do you know if there is a simple way to keep only unique samples given a sample list? Is there a way to merge all results for a given sample? Is there a way to filter out duplicate samples? Thank you very much.

Sincerely,
Matthew Morelli
