Usage of Sports room in T5

Hi Apex team,

Thanks for your efforts in keeping CB Amenities well functioning.

However I am observing that despite paying maintenance of the society I am double charged for usage of amenities in T5 for visits.
The attendant has no knowledge of why the charge but harassing my young child behind my back when they go to play in sports room is not acceptable, only to admit on payment of a 50 INR charge is confusing to me.
Can you kindly explain if for every visit to our own amenities I am charged separately then what is inclusive on society maintenance charges ?

To put on record, this is definitely not part of any SOP and also not applicable to a caretaker / nanny for a small child being accompanied to the games room.
