Notule vergadering 12Januarie

Beste kollegas

Aangeheg die notule van die spesiale vergadering gehou 12 Januarie. Neem asb kennis van Francois se byvoeging t.o.v. JP se portefeulje en die detail rondom Louis se vergoeding. Dit moes gedoen word na aanleiding van hulle besoek aan die bank en inligting wat hulle soek.

Wat die 2 opsies vir die oefennaweke betref: ek het intussen verneem dat ek dalk op Saterdagoggend 5 Maart ʼn orkesoefening het, so die vorige naweek sal my beter pas. -Maar as 4-5 Maart die meeste koorlede beter pas, maak ek ʼn plan. -Ek help in elk geval net die orkes uit...
