Goeienaand kollegas
Na ‘n eerste optrede vandag begin ‘n mens uitsien na die konsert oor 3 weke!
Wat die program vir die konsert betref deel ek graag die volgende besonderhede. Aangeheg vier dokumente vir nagaan van die inhoud. Die uitleg sal deur die grafiese ontwerper gedoen word.
Kan ek asb terugvoer vra teen moreaand, sodat ek die programinhoud Maandag vir Shaun kan stuur. Hy sal die grafiese ontwerp en uitleg hanteer.
- Buiteblad – dieselfde ontwerp as die elektroniese program, maar minder besonderhede.
- Die binneblad wat op ‘n A4 landskap gedruk gaan word om toe te vou tot ‘n A5. Gaan asb na vir enige spelling of ander foute.
- Agterblad waarop die bedankings verskyn en logo’s van die borge. Laat weet asb as daar ander bedankings is wat bygevoeg moet word.
- Die los binneblad, ook vir julle kennisname: aan die een kant cantando@bloem se geskiedenis; aan die ander kant ‘n verkortte CV met foto van Louis.
Julle kan of per “track changes” op die dokumente vernaderings aanbring indien julle daarmee vertroud is, of op die document self in ‘n ander kleur; en of per teks in die epos die veranderings noem.

1. Voorblad (aanhegsel 1): A capella, nie capalla nie
2. Aanhegsel 2 (program):
i) teks van Ubi caritas: die "est" in die 2de reeltjie moet aan die einde van die eerste reeltjie wees ("...Deus ibi est") ii) die 2de paragraaf van Ubi se teks: "Laat ons..." moet ʼn niwe reeltjie wees.
iii) Punt 2: ENSEMBLE SUONANDO (woordorde omgeruil)
3. Aanhegsel 3 (Agterblad): 4de bullet: "Ensemble" is uitgelaat na "Instrumentale"
4. Aanhegsel 4, par 2: die "et" in "Missa in honorem..." van Mozart moet wegval

Baie dankie vir jou terugvoer, noukeurige lees en korreksies.
Foute sluip in met her-kopiering - jammer vir die Ubi caritas foute wat so ingesluit het - jy het dit korrek deurgegee.
Kan jy net uitsluitsel gee oor die naam van die ensemble: sal ons oral (voorblad, binneblad en agterblad) ter wille van gelykvormingheid dieselfde formaat hou: "Suonando Instrumentale Ensemble"?

Ek het geen verdere terugvoer op die programinligting wat jy gestuur het nie. Ek volstaan by Louis se terugvoer. Solank almal net onthou dat ons nie meer teksveranderinge kan aanbring nadat die inligting na die Grafiese Kunstenaar gestuur is nie. Sodra hy die uitleg van die inligting in Programformaat terugstuur kan ons slegs oor uitleg terugvoer gee.

Jammer dat nou eers reageer. Ons was in Gamkaskloof met geen sein. Gistermiddag in Prins Albert gearriveer en het ons nie noodwendig kans om dadelik aan eposse aandag te gee. Na my mening is beste en kundige terugvoer reeds gegee. Ek sê net graag dankie vir alles. Xxx

Jammer dat nou eers reageer. Ons was in Gamkaskloof met geen sein. Gistermiddag in Prins Albert gearriveer en het ons nie noodwendig kans om dadelik aan eposse aandag te gee. Na my mening is beste en kundige terugvoer reeds gegee. Ek sê net graag dankie vir alles. Xxx

Ek het geen verdere terugvoer op die programinligting wat jy gestuur het nie. Ek volstaan by Louis se terugvoer. Solank almal net onthou dat ons nie meer teksveranderinge kan aanbring nadat die inligting na die Grafiese Kunstenaar gestuur is nie. Sodra hy die uitleg van die inligting in Programformaat terugstuur kan ons slegs oor uitleg terugvoer gee.
