I convey my deep condolences.
He was a great soul and moulded many people's careers spiritually.
Along with Prof KS Kannan, Prof Vineet Chaitanya, Prof KV Ramakrishnamacharyulu, I have had many useful interactions with him, ever since the 1st national seminar on 'Computers and Samskritam' he had organised in New Delhi in 1989.

In 2017, my non-science background deprived me of the opportunity to join revered Swami ji's month long workshop on Causality in Science and Vedanta. Lucky that, organizers facilitated people like us by uploading the video lectures.

Namaste

Swamy ji was a great visionary and educationist : both in Jnana and vijnana sampradayas.  I was also a participant in the 1989 workshop on computers and Samskrutham' and am inspired in my work.  His teaching books on Vedanta ( Kannada and english) are a great source of learning the fundamentals of  Vedanta.

He was  keen on taking the best advantage of Science- Technology for unearthing the wisdom in manuscripts, in the days when OCR / scanning / internet / smart phones were yet to be born !

My respectful pranams to brahmeebhta videha mukta guru.

Regards

BVK Sastry

My Pranam to the great soul swami Paramananda Bharati. I listened to his talk on Causality and Science and Vedanta for the first time. It showed his masterful understanding of both Vedanta and Science. He will surely be missed and remembered by many.

Namaste. Poojya Swami Paramananda Bharati was indeed a rare combination who had great expertise in both Vedanta Darshana and Science.
I had the blessed opportunity to know him since his Poorvaashrama time as Faculty member at IIT Madras. During my Research work in Acoustics for Master of Science, I sought his advise and I wrote my first paper in collaboration with him. The work involved used of monopole and dipole source  modeling for sound radiation.
Then in 1989 Swamiji made his first visit to New Jersey which I had coordinated. He gave several lectures on Vedanta and Science in Universities and other forums. Later he came to US several times for lecture tours.
During his visits to New Jersey several activities got initiated and in course of time lead to Hindu temples in New Jersey.
My heartfelt Pranams for this great soul.
