Hi,Any suggestions as to who (could it be you...?) he could/should talk to about it? People he should join forces with?
A friend of mine is looking to set up a Coder Dojo chapter in Brighton. I mentioned the Hackerspace and Young Rewired State as places/orgs where he'd likely find local peeps who'd have some affinity with that idea. I can't post to the BB group, but I know there are some peeps from both BB and YRS it on this raspi list.
In terms of getting people on board, the dotBrighton maillist would also be a good place to try.
