Nothing to do - Waiting for tasks (v7.3.0)

Hi All,

Just found out about the Android version and stared my various boxes crunching again!

My two devices HTC One X and Galaxy SIII both have nothing to do and are waiting for tasks...

My Linux and Windows boxes are crunching away fine so, my account must be set up right.

Happy to beta test and debug (I'm an Android developer) just let me know how!

Any reason why I would be seeing this message?

Updated to 7.3.3 Beta on my HTC One X - Still Waiting for tasks...

What project are you attached to? We are currently having some
problems with world community grid.

On beta I often see this when someone has set their default preferences on a project to not do CPU work (i.e. GPU only).

Thanks, I will check my settings. Though my global settings (across platforms) are set to use 100% of CPU all the time and GPU's after 3 minutes of idle time.

I may well be missing some settings, if you can describe where to set them in the app, I will ensure that I am set up correctly.

Hi,

I was already using Boinc with the Climate Predicition project on my computer without any problems, and i added World Community Grid to Boinc. Then i installed Boinc on my cell phone (LG D157f - Android). I set it to receive Ebola and AIDS, but am not receiving anything. On settings, its already set touse CPU. Also, i find the WCG site confusing on the computer, as it doesn't seem to distinguish clearly between my computer WCG projects and settings and my cell projects and settings. There is only "default", "work" and "home" profiles, and i have already changed them...home is for my computer and should receive on Clean Water projects, and the work profile is for my cell phone, trying toreceive ebola and aids with no sucess...On my computer, i have already received and crunched some WCG projects...

I have the same problem now, in Then end of 2016!

It just can't seem transfer files. There are 4 WU uploads and 4 downloads (waiting for dl.) in the tasks tab... But they probably always fail.

Log from my OnePlus One (silkwhite), CPU Snapdragon 801 @ 2.457 GHz ; 3GB RAM, 16GB internal storage.
