How to enable German for the Automatic captions from microphone

Hi,

I'm testing the automatic live transcription feature of BBB 2.7 and I
can use it with Google Chrome.

The problem is i only get offered English, French, Spanish and Portugese
but no German.

When I enable the automatic closed caption feature in Chrome it
automatically downloads and enables support for the German language.

But even afterward, BBB does not offer German transcription.

Has any one any idea how to enable support for German?

Hi,

has anyone some hints where to configure this language selection?

I assume this is configurable somewhere within BigBlueButton. But after
searching the documentation and some googling I have found no mention
where this is configured.

Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

A restart is needed afterwards - hope this helps.

Hi Günther,

thank you very much, I was sure I had looked at this file an not seen
any language related option, but perhaps I was looking at the wrong
system (old bbb 2.5 test system).
