Hi all-

(or should I say 'hi to the 3 people who might read this?'  Kinda dead in here)

Before it is lost to the mists of time can we document everything we know about the membrane material?  What kind of plastic, how thick it is, is it metallised on one/both sides, etc.

Happy to report my 'new to me' 2SWs have been working good since I got them going.  Amazing speakers.  Easily the best I have ever heard.

I am curious, too as I can imagine how difficult it may be to spec to a supplier (another mystery: WHAT supplier?) the thickness and coating composition....if anyone has the original construction specs for the speaker?

Hi there,
I have working pair of 3’s. My wife er... the word “detest” comes to mind, hates them. Can you part them out for your 2SWs? Or someone buy them?

Thanks,
Dave

None of the parts in a Model 3 are likely to be useful in a 2SW.
