Dear BEAST users,
My phylogeography analysis (discrete, GMRF skyride) stopped a third of the way into the run with the following error below. I am using BEAST v1.8.1 on a Win7 PC 64-bit OS using a TESLA K20c video card (CUDA v4.2.1) and 192 GB RAM. The JAVA version is JRE6.
Any suggestions?
Bill

Dear Matthew,

Are you using double precision with your TESLA card? Check in the output that BEAGLE is reporting it is using double
precision. If this is not the issue try using '-beagle_scaling always'.

Hi,
I am having this error now running Beast 1.10.4 on the HPC cluster, and I can't figure out where it is coming from. I have now attached photos from the log files. It is as if the program is skipping the MCMC chain cos the job status shows it completed successfully with code 0 on the cluster. Kindly help.

This error went away after I reinstalled beast and updated my java. I think the cluster also upgraded the beast.
