Bareos 21.0.0 - missing "delete" command in console

you are in batch mode (so you need to remove the interactive yes)

delete jobid=999 yes 

should work

By the way you're using a really out of dated version 21 compared to current 23.

I assume, you are running the bconsole in the webui. By default, webui
users are assigned to the profile "webui-admin", which don't allow
calling the "delete" command.
Either use bconsole from the command line (where you typically login
with full permission) or adapt your user/profile configuration accordingly.
