LIFE CERTIFICATE AT YOUR DOOR STEP THROUGH POST MAN - JEEVAN PRMAAN

FOR INFORMATION:

GOI has taken all steps to utilise JEEVAN PRMAAN for submission of life certificate,once in a year, to pension disbursing authorities,in Govt and Banks.

Still most of the banks are insisting for personal visit of staff pensioners to pension disbursing branch or any of their bank branches for that matter.Few banks have introduced some other system like e mail etc to ease the process for their staff pensioners.

The main problem faced in not proceeding with JEEVAN Pramaan is non availability of
Bio metric instrument near to staff Pensionets.Acquiring one, for this purpose is not a choice.

By introduction of door step delivery of Life Certificate through Jeevan Pramaan, by postman the constraints of bank staff pensioners too mitigated.Banks should also come in that way.

Telangana govt has developed am app which is easy with smartphone. Such an app may be declared by Banks too.

Sir as you said, any bank branch should not insist any pensioner to come to the branch in person just to produce LC. There are many ways. One of the ways if Jeevanpramaan system. But only the thing is the aadhaar number of the pensioner has to be seeded with the pension account. It is now very easy that the pensioner sitting in his home could produce the LC through Postman. For this it is not necessary that the postman belonging to your area could do, any postman with biometric device with him could do

Sir,

Let there be no confusion about submission of life certificate from the comfort of your home !

In addition to submission of PPO number, Aadhaar number etc details, you must have the biometric/ fingerprint device to put finger impression when prompted. This alone will confirm that you are alive at the moment. Otherwise any one can submit it for a deceased person.
