Mancebo is younger of a same name. 

Older is Manoel da Costa. Younger is Manoel da Costa mancebo

I can see groom: Joam de Almeida's first wife as Maria Machado

On the top right page I see the name Jose de Bettencourt - Is he a
witness or what???

Bride: Isabel de Santo Antonio or Antonia? Her father Antonio
________Texeira and his wife Anna de Santo Antonio, Norte Piqueino

I am trying to find Isabel de Santo Antonio's death record. So I am
just looking for any additional clues to help find that death date.

Jose Bettencourt is listed in about the same place in all the marriage records in the following pages too. In one place, I think his name is followed by "Cura". He must be an official of some sort.

Jacinto José de Bettencourt is the "Ouvidor" who certifies the absence of family ties. OUvidori a priest who verifies the absence of "impedimento".
