I read Isabel daughter of Antonio de Sousa  the mother's name is long gone It says they are natives of the parish Sao Lazero, Norte Pequeno, She was born 15  and I believe Apr  1767 (from the surrounding records. I do not see any grands but there are names of witnesses and God parents.  May be you can find the record for another kid with the fathers name as above but just be careful of more than one Antonio de Sousa.

I did find a death record for a Joana de Sousa with the parents listed
as Antonio de Sousa Teixeira and Ana de Santo Antonio.
Joana was about 14 yrs old when she died. I have looked at the records
of births for Norte Pequeno (they are in terrible condition) and did
not find her.
Oh well in of that line I guess.
