Hike Sunday 17th

Hi everyone,

The usual energetic couple Andrew & Shanti have asked me to take up the role of planning a hike. I probably ended up needing 3 peoples advise to plan this hike but a couple days later its all compressed...

So
Hike date:          Sunday 17th November

Hike starts:        8am

Hike level:          Moderate

Hike eta time:    +- 3 hours

Temperature:     17°C at 8am escalating to 22°C mid day

Hike trail:           Lions Head

Where to meet: Signal Hill Road

GPS Co-ord:     -33.929074,18.394637

What to bring:

- minimum 1L water (maybe Ice it the night before)

- food

- sunblock for those that haven't been exposed to sun in the last couple of months!

- camera

- hat maybe

- sunglasses

Please do not worry about the intensity of the hike. We will take it easy because this is our intro hike and many of us are unfit.

So let me get this straight... we are going for a stroll on the mountain. It is not a difficult hike and it is only going to be Bibi, Mark, Shantelle and myself. 

Maybe we should organise a more difficult hike this time then... so that we can be more inclusive for future hikes. I am all for a new one, but let us save this one for another time and attempt the dome. I am sure if it is just the four of us we will do it.

Okay, so it is staying Sunday- same time, same place, except we are more people than what I assumed and we doing Lions head in the morning.
