promoter database DOWNLOAD

Hi,

Recently i read the paper in Nucleic Acids Res, "The Eukaryotic Promoter Database (EPD)”, and I want to get the BED file about all Homo sapiens (human) curated promoter.But in your website, I cannot find the link to download it.
Would you please give me the link to download? Thanks

Dear Aojie,

You can download the BED file form the EPD ftp site using the link
"FTP site" on the left side of the EPD main page: https://epd.epfl.ch.
There, choose H_sapiens > current > Hs_EPDnew.bed.

A recent problem is that most browsers do not allow anymore access to FTP
sites. From my MacBook, I can access FTP sites with chrome via the Finder
application. I can also download the same file from a Unix command line
with the wget client.

wget: ftp://ccg.epfl.ch/epdnew/H_sapiens/current/Hs_EPDnew.bed
