to cps amount certified the amount of css adjustment as per goms 22.

calculation polarogram available in our ftp.to check the calculation use impact interest calculation

AN EMPLOYEE WORKED AS CONTRACT BASIS AND REGULARIZED AS GOVT. SERVENT IN 2008. HIS RETD IN 2012.

NOW HE WANTED WITHDRAW AMT OF EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTION IN CPS(8342) WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO WITH DRAW AMT? IS IT SAME PROCEDURE WITH DRAW AMT OF CSS AND CPS?

I THINK IN GO MS NO22 ONLY WITHDRAW CSS(8009-01-101-03)....

i think in this matter no guidelines given any one. u do one think ask clarification with DTA.

Recently (about 2 m) Govt has issued G.O and DTA has given guidelines to withdraw the amount. see ftp

No need to ask any one,  fill the attached forms and send to NSDL through hard copies. And there were four options to withdraw the amount. conditions apply. we can also initiate the withdrawl procedure in online @ NSDL website. First look the website of NSDL and then follow the appropriate option. for additional info go to website n follow as said....evrythn z elaborated there.....
