Hi,
The iPhone app probably thinks the Extra Features subscription is not
valid, or has expired. It's possible that there is a bug, but please check
if the subscription is valid first. Check a couple things:
1. In the
aprs.fi app, go to More -> Subscription for Extra Features, and
check that it says "subscription for Extra Features is currently active!".
If it doesn't say so, it should also say why it is not active (the
subscription is cancelled, payment failed, or such).
2. In the iPhone Settings -> Your Name (Apple Account, in the very top) ->
Subscriptions, check that the
aprs.fi subscription is Active.
If the two don't agree (
aprs.fi doesn't see a subscription, but iOS
Settings shows an active subscription), something might be wrong in the
aprs.fi subscription validation, but it seems to be currently working and
there haven't been other complaints (at least, not yet :).
If both agree that the subscription is not active, you might need to renew
the subscription manually, or fix the payment method.
