Is there any reason to use ansible-core 2.12.6 with ansible-core
2.13.0 available? I don't see any obvious incompatibilities with the
published ansible-5.8.0 package, and for most ansible users, frankly,
they can get more refined control of their ansible_collections modules
by updating individually rather than in the lump of 100 in the oddly
labeled "ansible" package.
