Failed to find a README.md

Hello,

It has been a while since I used ansible galaxy, but now it won't let me import new versions of my roles. 

It says "Failed to find a README.md" but the readme file is totally there!

This is one of my role:

https://galaxy.ansible.com/list#/roles/4044

And the corresponding github repo:

https://github.com/openstack-ansible-galaxy/openstack-keystone

Am I missing something?

Known issue with unicode characters. Will be fixed in next release in
approximately a week. Workaround for now is to remove unicode
characters from the README (which can, I presume, be reinserted after
the import).
