Trying to add RESTful API to wordpress website

I'm completely new to python and I was wondering what would be the best steps for me to go about learning how to implement the RESTful API on a wordpress website so I could study on there.

Hi!

Unfortunately, I don't know Wordpress development - but I do know that it's a CMS implemented in PHP, just like Drupal. :-) So, maybe the code for the Drupal module would be helpful in writing a Wordpress plugin? You can find the Drupal module here:

Not sure if that would be helpful. It might be better to find other Wordpress plugins that connect to 3rd party RESTful APIs as examples and them modify them? Or maybe ask around in the Wordpress community about how to create such a plugin?

But if you do end up creating a Wordpress plugin, it'd be super awesome if you shared it here! :-)
