Yes! Well, sort of, through an alpha AnkiDroid Wear app. See here: https://github.com/wlky/AnkiDroid-Wear I've personally used it on the original Moto 360 and the Sony SmartWatch 3.

Yes, I said in my last post that I'd used it on the original Moto 360 and the Sony SW3. I haven't tested it on the second gen Moto 360, but I see no reason why it wouldn't work.

Github is a little overwhelming for some.
Just download anki app from play store and then ankiwear from the play store.

What about the Gear S2? I know it Tizen, but would there be a way I can use something to link it with Aoki Droid on my phone?

Tizen can't run Android apps including AnkiDroid by default, so we can't help you with that.
