Hello

I just got a tablet for school stuff and i have anki flashcards on my smartphone. Is there anyway i can download anki on my tablet and get my flashcards without starting from the beginning?

Hi can you add hard to read fonts that promotes memorization? Like the Sans Forgetica

Hi, I capped my reviews to 9999, if I dont finish it today will the unfinished cards be the priority the next day ? Im using the ankidroid flashcards app in playstore

My ankidroid Directory is inaccessible. What can I do to fix it?

We haven't been able to reproduce this but we get reports of it from time to time

The easiest workaround with reported success appears to be simply uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Your actual collection won't be altered by this (though for safety's sake you should always have a backup and/or sync with AnkiWeb just in case)

It is possible to change the audio of the pronunciation because what is in the app I didn't find very good

Hi, the app itself doesn't provide any audio. You can download shared decks that come with audio files you like. Or you enable TTS in the settings (advanced settings > text to speech). That's the Google TTS and you can choose the voice that you like from the text to speech settings in your Android phone settings.

Dear Anki Team, 

For approximately one week, I haven't been able to open the Anki app. I've tried uninstalling it, clearing the cache, forcing it to stop, but nothing helps. My phone works completely normally aside from Anki. 

Is there a problem with the app at the moment?

Hi there -

Sorry you're having trouble - that does not sound like anything reported at the moment, and I'm not having this problem.

If it's crashing it would help to have a trace https://docs.ankidroid.org/help.html - instructions there for getting the ACRA UUID to post so we can try to find a crash trace assuming it's enabled.

You might double-check permissions to make sure that you've allowed external storage. Also, you can try maybe moving forward to the experimental versions, specifically 2.10alpha might help you out - we've fixed quite a few bugs between 2.9.2 and 2.10alpha so it's possible there's one you're tickling that's already vanquished https://docs.ankidroid.org/manual.html#betaTesting

Hi so I'm using Anki mobile and for some reason random cards keep getting flipped (I see the answer instead of the question), the number of flipped cards is increasing yet when I go to edit them it says the answer and the question are in the right place? However even if I edit them they're still flipped when answering the question?

Please, make it possible to import cards not via a computer, but directly from a phone or a tablet. I mean cards that we ourselves create from a text file. AnkiDroid needs .apkg extension. But it would be great if AnkiDroid imported files with .txt or .csv extentions and created .apkg extantion, like a computer makes.
