Hi People,
Looking for a new System for Windows + Android x86..
Need to be strong enough for both OS. That you can Play Games on booth Systems. Windows for example GTA 4 and on Android Asphalt 9.

Cheap Hp laptops with intel gpus do work well with android x86. Not strong enough for windows though
All hp laptops i own run android x86 without any bootloops. but a recent one i purchased has a new rtl8821ce wifi and it works only with the latest versions of android-x86

What is the best gear for android-x86? Im running it on my x260, but there are a few issues, like waking up the screen.
Battery drainage is crazy!

The versioning is confusing. I tested the android 9 version, which is clearly not ready. So why is it available for download?

Would be nice to know which laptops are optimal for Android-x86-64. Maybe still a niche thing, but It actually works, so I think there is a use for it. I only run android-x86-64, and can do just about anything on it now.

Batterylife, waking up the screen, re-mapping keys. Those are important issues.

a list with advice on the website, would be great.

Anything with Intel CPU and graphics should run well, but do avoid
oddball hardware, like the Atoms.
There are no FOSS drivers for newer Nvidia GPUs. Not sure about AMD support.

I have Android 8.1 on my Surface Pro 5, seems to run well, battery lasts
almost as long as on Windows.
It is a custom build though, with tweaks specific to that device.
