Chromium OS seems to work (did not try it): https://github.com/FydeOS

As far as I know, Remix OS is Android for x86 or am I wrong?

Never heard about Phoenix OS, but after doing a quick search, I saw that it is not open source. Maybe starting at the companies forum would be a good idea: http://bbs.phoenixstudio.org/en/forumdisplay.php
