Yes, hi everyone!

I'm in a kind of a bind with this group since I, or Google, have lost my administrator privileges for the group. I'm hoping that it is possible to restore that, but meanwhile I'll have to be content with posting, as that at least works.

Will post a short update shortly.

Long time no talk. I hope you're well.

I haven't being doing any IF stuff for years now but have a vague idea to start dabbling again.

I went to the Google Groups link included in these emails today and I can see the posted messages (before today, none since 2023, at least what I can see.)

However I can't reply to a message on the webpage (with my current Google loginID, maybe I was using a different one in the past.) I wonder if this mail will generate a Group message successfully.

Received all the emails too. Nice to see some activity on the group, even if just for an administrative check.

It's been so long since the last communication in the ALAN group, and I really missed it.

Unfortunately, after my father died in 2023, I've been overwhelmed by all the changes in life that followed, and

never quite managed to go back to cultivate IF again. I simply can no longer manage to cut free-time corners for it,

now that I'm on my own.

NIce to hear from you! I was sorry to hear about your father passing away. Yes, that changes your situation and view on life, your own and in general. I've had a few losses over the last year too, but that is the circle of life, I guess.

Take care, and I hope you can find time to enjoy some of your interests. At least you have la cucina italiana! But also the heat right now. Even here in the part of Sweden were I live we have almost 30 degrees.
