Dear everybody,

After having recovered from two exciting days of multi-agent back and forth, we are happy to congratulate the team

MMD from ELTE, Hungary

for winning the Multi-Agent Programming Contest 2022!

Thank you, everybody, for making this event possible!
Now that we are probably all rewatching the matches, please come back to our Slack group at any time to leave your comments on particular encounters, discuss strategies, exchange secret tips, …
Also, if you have suggestions for the next MAPCs, feel free to post them there.

Next steps:
  • Please submit your code (repository or archive) by 2nd October 2022. You can do some cleanup before (always recommended!).
  • Also, please submit this questionnaire by 14th October 2022.
  • The team description paper deadline is 18th November 2022. Your paper should follow the LNCS style and be around 20 pages, though more is always welcome ;) The link to the submission system will follow soon.
  • Please append the above questionnaire to your paper. You can make some changes after 14th October.
  • Additionally, we recommend analysing at least one match against an opponent of your choice from your perspective.

So, once again, thank you. And don’t forget the old saying: After the contest is before the contest.

Best regards,
Your MAPC organisers
Tabajara, Tobias, Niklas & Jürgen

Hi everybody,
especially the paper authors,

The paper deadline is approaching fast!
...however, not as fast as you might have thought. We will extend it to the new strict deadline of
Sunday, December 18th 2022 (23:59 AoE time).

Let us know if you have any questions or problems.

Best regards,
Your MAPC organisers
