Lining up KeywordID to the actual Keyword Text

I am looking for how to line up the Id received from KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT - the actual ID of a keyword to the actual keyword in the account.   I pulled a SEARCH_QUERY_PERFORMANCE_REPORT but a lot of them aren't in this report - so this is not the best way.

Is there any way to have the actual KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT show which keyword it is associated with -- or otherwise where can I get the data to line everything up?

I am not a clever man. Criteria is what I was looking for. I thought that I had tried it and had null data.

Yes, the Criteria field attribute of the Keywords Performance Report pertains to the value of your keyword text.
