NAME_ALREADY_USED error when trying to recreate a segment with Google Ads API

Hi team,

I have an issue with Google Ads API (Python SDK) that is very similar to https://groups.google.com/g/adwords-api/c/1LWazdeLJNE.

Below is how the issue comes:

1. I use Python SDK to create a new audience segment (eg, "my_test11")

2. Add some users into this segment

3. Delete this segment with UserListService.mutate_user_lists

4. Search by search_stream method and in Portal, no such name found

5. Recreate a new segment with the same name ("my_test11") with SDK, then I got following error:

Could you help investigate the reason and how should we resolve this issue?

To take a closer look at your encountered error, you may please share with us the complete API logs in the format of request and response logs with requestID that were generated on your end. If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by referring to this guide and using the DEBUG log setting.
