NAME_ALREADY_USED error when trying to create a segment with Google Ads API

Hello,

I have an issue with Google Ads API (Python SDK) that is very similar to https://groups.google.com/g/adwords-api/c/tCJst60Q9SI/m/DxO39l-zBAAJ and https://groups.google.com/g/adwords-api/c/GgHDFdl3vYU

I created a segment (named "test-nathan.vermeersch") with the SDK, and then deleted it through the SDK. Then I tried creating another segment with the same name as the first one. Nonetheless, it gives me the NAME_ALREADY_USED_ERROR when using the SDK, or a similar error when trying to create it through the UI: 


Nonetheless, I have no segments displayed, whether it be in the UI or when listing segments with the SDK. 


Could you help me here? Why can't I recreate a segment with the same name, if the segment is effectively deleted?
