It ll not make much difference cos PRI are already taken shape after 73rd constitutional amendment including in schedule V areas. And SC has already made it clear GS is final for village resource in Niyamgiri case. This is thr gist of PESA. We shud ??? why after 17 years this seemingly political gimmick in approaching election is underway after all...
