NEED SUGGESTION /आप लोगों का सुझाव आमंत्रित है:
Adivasi are going to give land for Medial Collage and Hospital at simaldume,Dumka,SP, Jharkhand.So please give suggestion what type of demand have to keep by Land Donor to Govt.You all's suggestion will forward to Land Donor.

Land is the only source of livelihood for the rural poor. Most of the current rehabilation packages involve lumpsum amount & alternative land for homes. but again less oriented people exhaust money & end up becoming urban migrant labourers. Therefore the most significant & sustainable replacement would be a permanent job to one member based on his/her education from each family. Remember this should be non-negotiable apart from other benefits as mention above.

p.s: See the land given is not a forest land needing displacement of village for it is violation of section (5) of the forest rights act 2006.
