आज ओफीस सुटल्यावर बर्फा मधे एक किलोमीटर चालत चालत खूप सारि थंडी आणि सोबत टीम सहकारी. निमित्त होते आमच्या स्वागतासाठी मेजवाणीची. माझे गाव डहाणू येथील वाघडी, येथून ८०२ किमी वर हैदराबाद येथे एका कंपनी मधे नोकरी करीत आहे. ७५ दिवसा साठी दक्षिण कोरिया येथे कार्यालयीन कामा साठी आलो आहे. मेजवानी साठी आम्ही एका चिनी उपाहारगृहात आलो, औपचारिकता झाल्या नंतर टेबल विविध पदार्थांनी सजला. अंदाजे ८० पेक्षा जास्त वेग वेगळे पदार्थ होते. एक एकमेव पदार्थ खाऊ शकलो, शिंपल्यांचा रस्सा! (सहज आठवले, २० वर्षापूर्वी गावी आम्ही भावंडे नदीत जाऊन मासे, खेकडे, शिम्पले पकडत होतो. पण सध्या आपल्या परिसरातील ही नैसर्गिक संपत्ती, सगळी श्रष्टी जणू नष्ट होण्याच्या मार्गावर आहे) प्रकृती रक्षति रक्षितहा

मी अगदी लहान असताना खूप सारे कुल्फी आईस क्रीम खायचो, इतके की टॉन्सिल मुळे डॉक्टर बोलले की आता थंड बस कर. पण मला त्या बर्फाच्या तुकड्या सोबत काही वेगळेच आकर्षण होते. त्या वेळेस मला स्वप्नात ही वाटले नव्हते की एके दिवस असाच सर्वी कडे बर्फ पडत असताना मस्त भटकंती करायला मिळेल. इथे मस्त बर्फ पडतो आहे अगदी सर्वदूर सगळी कडे पांढरा थर साचलेला आणि त्यावरून चालण्याचा काही वेगळाच आनंद!



काही तास भटकायची संधी मिळाली ... थायलंड मधे बँगकॉक विमान तळावर हा फोटो बघून मला थोडीशी खंत वाटली. ज्या मातीत ह्या महान संस्कृतीचा उदय झाला त्या देशात पण त्या संस्कृतीचे महत्व दिले जात नाही. पण अशिया खंडातील बहुतेक देशात भारतीय संस्कृती अभिमानाने मानली जाते. पण अशा आहे एक दिवस नक्कीच आपल्या देशात पण नक्की चांगले दिवस येतील....

इथले कोरियन माणसाना गाडी मधे खूप सरी बटन आणि एलेक्ट्रोनिक्स आवडतात म्हणे. म्हणून की काय सगळ्या कार मधे सजे लहानसे घर सजवलेले असते. काय काय असते, सगळे समान असते



जगातल्या सगळ्यात अद्ययावात वाहन संशोधन आणि निर्मिती केंद्रात काम करण्यात काही वेगळाच आनंद आणि समाधान आहे.
आज जगाला चिनी वस्तूने जसे त्रस्त केले आहे. आणि मला मनातून खूप काही वेगळाच आनंद होतो आहे की ज्या कामा साठी मी माझा मेंदू वापरात आहे ते वाहन लवकरच चिनी रास्तायावर गाजेल.




गेली काही वर्षे ज्या वाहण बनवण्यासाठी मी आणि माझे सहकारी सहभागी झालो होतो ते वाहन भारतात बहुतेक माणसाना आवडलेले दिसतेय यात समाधान आहे. आणि त्या वाहनाचे रीजनल लॉंचिंग मधे जायची संधी मिळाली होती. गेल्या आठवड्यात त्या वाहनला ICOTY (Indian Car of the Year) या पुरस्काराने सन्मानित केली गेले. एक मनाला समाधान, माझा मेंदू प्रसिद्ध भारतीय वाहन निर्मितीच्या कामी आला.


आणि अभिमानाने माझे दण्यान आपल्या आदिवासी समजा साठी सत्कारणी लावण्याची एक ही संधी सोडणार नाही. Let us do it together!

Hello Friends! now days temp around -10. its difficult to imagine!


लहान असताना, अजून ही आठवतेय घरी आम्ही लवकरा उठून सगळे भावंडे आणि वयस्कर माणसे शेकोटी जवळ बसायचो आणि गोष्टी रंगायच्या. उन पडे पर्यंत गप्पा गोष्टी चालायच्या आणि नंतर उणात जाउन बसायचो. सध्या कोरीयत पण खूप थंडी वाजते आहे, खोलीत आणि सगळी कडे ऑटोमॅटिक हिटर आहेत. पण शेकोटी जवळ भावंडा, आजी आजोबा सोबत घालवलेल्या वेळ अगदी मनात घर करून राहिलेय.

मनात प्रश्न घुमत रहातो, आपण काय हरवलेय ? वातावरण? नातेवाईक? समाधान? वेळ? ...
(आज बहुतेक आपण एक पिढी आणि दुसरी पिढी यातला एक संपर्काचा दुवा हरवत चाललो आहोत. आता नवीन पिढी टीवी मोबाईल आणि चंगळवादाला बळी पडतो आहे) - Sachin Satvi, Sachine Satvi




आश्रम शाळेत असताना हातात टॉवेल घेऊन सकाळी २ किमी चालत चालत (पळत पळत) नदीवर आंघोळीला जायचो. नदी गंभीर गड वरून येत असल्यामुळे पाणी अतिशय थंड व नितळ असे. डोळे बंद करून खुप धीट आणि धीर करून कानाला ओले हात लावून पाण्यात डुबकी मारून आंघोळ करून परतायचो. पण त्या नंतर जो ताजे तावणे वाटायचे तसे सध्या ५ तारांकित ठिकाणी ५ वेळा आंघोळ करून पण वाटत नाही.




आज जेवण झाल्यावर सहज कोरियन वृत्त पत्र चाळले. लक्षात आले आत्त्याचार, भ्रष्ट्राचार, घोटाळा, बालात्कार, अपघात, विश्वास न बसणारया जाहिराती बातम्या दिसल्याच नाहित. कदाचित पत्रकरितेचा फरक असावा, येथे प्रत्येक बतमी जबाबदार पणे आणि सकारात्मक पद्धतीने मंडलेली जाणवली. हाहाहा!! बाघा मी पन नकारात्मक टिकाच करायला लागलोय!




संशोधन केंद्रात संध्याकाळी रस्त्यावर एक मस्त हायब्रीड गाडी दिसली डिझाइन वेगळी असल्यामुळे निराखून पाहू लागलो (असेच मनात आले काश ....). आणि काय आश्चर्य सोबत असलेल्या कोरियन सहकरी ने त्या गडीत बसण्यास संगितले. आणि आम्ही निघालो मी अजूनही गाडी निरखून पहात होतो (बहुतेक माझी पहिली वेळ होती हायब्रीड कार मधे बसण्याची) ती गाडी पेट्रोल वर पण चालते आणि बॅटरी वर पण आणि सोबत बॅटरी चार्जिंग पण होत राहते. भविष्य साठी खूप उपयुक्त असा पर्याय आहे. आणि आम्ही उतरलो सूवन येथील एका भारतीय उपाहार गृह दुर्गा येथे. भारतीय जेवण जेवलो आणि परतलो. (मनात असाच विचार घोळत रहीला काश हाइब्रिड गाडी सारखी अपण हाइब्रिड मानव तयर करू शकलो जे अपले वैयक्तिक आयुष्य जगण्या सोबत जेव्हा समाजाला/निसर्गाला/देशाला गरज असल्यास तन मन धनाने उभे रहतील.... )




लुनार कालनिर्णय नुसार नवीन वर्ष! येथे कोरिया मधे आज पासून ऑफिस ला ५ दिवसांची सुट्टी आहे.

शाळेतले दिवस आठवले, माला खरच खूप वाईट वाटले. आश्रम शाळेत असताना एका ही आपल्या सण उत्सवाला सुट्टी नसे, घरातली सगळी भावंडे कुटुंबी एकत्र येत असत आम्ही मात्र शाळेत जिथे अपल्या परंपरा उत्सव या बद्दल कुणाला काही महित नाहि ना संस्कृती बद्दल ज्या सणांचा अपल्याशी कडी मात्र संबध नाहि त्याला मात्र सुट्टी....

शिक्षण व्यवस्थेत स्थानिक संस्कृती आणी जीवनमुल्ये यांचा अभाव या मुळेच बहुतेक नवीन पिढी मधे संस्कृतिक जतानाचा अभाव आणी सामाजिक जबाबदारीची जणीवेचा अभाव जणवतो आहे.


गाव देव, कोळी भाजी, शिमगा, पाच साल्या, खल्याचा देव, नवा भात खाणे, आंबा खाणे, चवली खाणे, कुटुंब देव, बारस... निसर्ग नात आणि मानवी मूल्य जपण्याची शिकवण देणारे आपले स्थानिक सण कधी येत आणि जात माहित पण नाही (ना सुट्टी ना कुठे कसला उल्लेख)... आणि शाळेत आम्ही मात्र याची जयंती त्याची जयंती च्या नावानी सुट्टी ... आणि अशा विद्यार्थ्याना मग कशी ओळख असणार आपल्या संस्कृतीची?

आज शेवटचा, पुढाच्या शुक्रवारी भरतात येणार..... का कुणास ठाउक पन कधी भरतात येतो आणी घरची चावलांची भाकरी खतो असे झाले आहे.
उद्या पाहिल्यांदा स्क  चा अनुभव घ्यायची संधि मिळणार आहे बघुया कसे वाटते ते. मला २५ वर्षा पुर्वी चे दिवस आठवले आम्ही लकडाची दडी घेवून डोंगरिवर जयचो घसरगुंडी खेळण्यासाठी, गवत कापलेले असायचे त्यामुळे उतराववरून खूप जोरात घसरत यायचो!

तसेच जोरात भारतात यायची ओढ लागली आहे आता... ने मजसी ने परत मातृभूमिला ....






कोरियन शहरात फेर फटका मारला तर सहज लक्षात येते. येथील नियोजन बद्ध वसलेले शहर, अत्याधुनिक तंत्रद्न्यान, इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर. आणि तितक्याच जबादारीने त्याच्या उपयोग करणारे नागरिक.
काही साधी उदाहरणे, कुणीही कचरा पेटी सोडून दुसरी कडे कचरा टकताना दिसला नाही. (आणि जरी चुकून कुणाला आढळले तर लगेच ते कचरा पेटीत टाकले जाते). प्रत्येक वेळी बस/ट्रेन/इ गोष्टी साठी गोंधळ न करता रांगेत उभे रहाणे. रस्त्यावर सिग्नल मिळाल्यावरच जाणे. इ इ
(सहज डोळ्या समोर मुंबई आणि दिलीची चे चित्र उभे राहिले, पण सियोल शहराच्या झगामगीत टिकले नाही)







आज सोउल मधे भटकत होतो. फिरता फिरता म्यांगडोंग येथे पोहचलो, हे ठिकान कोरियाचे आर्थिक केंद्र आणी कोरियन फेशन चे केंद्र मानले जाते. असेच म्यांगडोंग स्ट्रीट वर चालत असताना एक मानूस समोर अला त्याने माला विचारले कोणत्या देशातुल आले आहात तुम्ही? मी संगितले भारत. तो बोलला हो अमाच्या फिलीपिन्स देशाला भारता कडून खूप सरे सहकार्य होते आम्ही तुमचे आभारी आहोत. आणी त्याने फिलीपिन्स अभारी आहे चे कार्ड दिले. खरे तर तो मानूस सगळ्याना कार्ड देऊन फिलीपिन्स अभारी आहे सांगत होता.
एक क्षनाचा ही विलंब ना होता माझ्या मनात आले अपल्या देशाच्या मुळ निवासी असलेल्या आदिवासी ना अजून प्रथमिक गरजा साठी भांडावे लागतेय.




येथे प्रत्येक वेळेस गोंधळ होतो, इमारती मधे मजला ओळखताना. इथे १ पासून सुरवात करतात म्हणजे आपल्याकडचा १ ला मजला म्हणजे इकडचा २रा मजला. आणि तसेच वयाचे पण, जेव्हा लहान बाळाचा जन्म होतो तेव्हा त्याचे कोरियन वय असते १ वर्ष. आहे की नाही गम्मत! माझे कोरियन वय सध्याच्या वयाच्या एक वर्षाने मोठे !






म्योंगडोंग, येथून कोरिया मधली फ्यशन ची सुरवात होते . आणी कोरियाचे आर्थिक केंद्र म्हणून ओळखले जाते. खूप गजबजलेले ठिकान आहे

खरच अप्रतिम! अगदी भारावून गेलो. एकदा तरी अनुभव जरूर घेण्या सारखे आहे. माझा डोंगरिवरचा अनुभव कामी आला....
नक्की जा सांगायला आपल्याकडे बर्फ नाही आणि इतके चांगले इन्फ्रा. पण सगळ्यना नक्की सांगेन गावाला गेल्यावर डोंगारीवर दडी घेउन घसरगुंडी खेळण्या साठी डोंगरीवर जरूर जावे! जेणे करून आपली माती जवळून बघायला मिळेल तिची होणारी धूप दिसेल. आणि आपल्या समाजाची पण अशीच धूप होतेय याची जाणीव होईल, किमान त्यामुळे तरी सामाजिक जबादारीची जाणीव तयार होईल...

(सामाजिक जबादारी पासून विभक्त अशी तरुण पिढी तयार होते आहे, ते आपल्या देशाला अगदी घातक आहे अशे म्हटले तरी कमी होणार नाही)

काल चा दिवस खूप मजेशीर गेला. पण दिवस भर माझ्या मनात सलत होती एक गोष्ट. इथले इन्फ्रा स्ट्रक्चर अगदी हेवा करण्या सारखे आहे. एक इतका लहान देश (आपल्या एक राज्या इतका). येथील खेळासाठी/मनोरंजना साठी/छंद जोपासण्या साठी खूप संधी आणि सेवा, साधन सामग्री उपलब्ध आहे. आणि लहान पणा पासून तशी आवड निर्माण व्हावी आणि प्रशिक्षण मिळावे या साठी प्रयत्न केले जातात. येथे लहान चिमुरड्या बालका पासून ते वयस्क पर्यंत सगळ्याना संधी उपलब्ध आहेत.

नाही तर महा सत्तेची स्वप्न बघणारा माझा देश आणि येथील विकास कामे.. प्रत्येक गावात अशे कित्येक कविता राउत, ललिता बाबर, हाली बरफ, रसिता वानगा, यांना ५ किमी पाण्या साठी वन वन फिरावे लागते. अद्ययावत साधन सामग्री तर सोडा पण प्राथमिक सुविधा पण मिळत नाही. प्रशिक्षक तर स्वप्नच म्हणावे लागेल जिथे शाळेचे शिक्षक नसतात तिथे खेळा साठी आणि छंद जोपासण्या साठी कुठून अपेक्षा करणार. आणि हे सगळे पार करून अश्या काही कवीत, ललिता, हाली, रसिता पुढे येतात पण ग्रामीण/आदिवासी म्हणून डावलले जाते!

Really nice airport, will not waste more words by big paragraph. i guess simply this line will sufficient > (World best airport for last 9 consecutive years.. )

really impressed by Korean administration, nice efforts to promote tourism & Korean culture even on airport.

i believe, India with large cultural history. we can easily utilize this great potential of tourism & cultural empowerment in India (But needs real interest in all administration/political levels)

& started India experience also..

(Cab Driver asked money other than tariff, some one asked me to jump red signal, someone asked money with some recommendation letter in hand, due to non availability of change some ask me to collect later, no electricity for few hours,  & so on.....  )

but i am sure, if we all (including our system & People) take efforts to improve our small things & common life. its not too far to change India. We must see to preserve Indian values with development (instead of just copying) ....
