Question on Sale Deed

Hi All,

  I have purchased a Villa in Symphony park but i have been having a tough time getting responses from the authorities of Symphony Park.

I have been asking the following details from them and have not got any satisfactory answers from them.

1. Original title deeds

2. Plan outlay sanctioned by competent authority

3. GHMC sanction plan of individual villas

I had gone to a lawyer and he had asked me to get the above documents to get a sign-off.

Has anyone of you faced similar issues? Have you gotten the above documents?

I agree that they will not give originals. I am also willing to take my lawyer to them but they are just not getting back to me even after repeated emails, texts, phone calls. Have you seen the original documents?

Have you guys got sanction plans?

They give a CD which contains all these details. Definitely they will not give original title deeds. If your lawyer wants to check, he need to come to Safeway infra office to check.
