Issue Running GGIR - Variable datadir is not specified

Hello   GGIR community and Vincent van Hees  ,

I am working on analyzing data using GGIR in R, but I keep encountering the following error when running my code:

Error in GGIR(weekday_params) : Variable datadir is not specified

Does anyone have an idea about the cause of this issue or how to fix it?
I would really appreciate any help!

Hello Lujain,

Page 1 looks correct but pages are not correct. GGIR itself already offers functionality to aggregate per week- and weekend days, please use that functionality.

Providing the GGIR() call with non-existing input parameters is not in line with the documentation. Please see https://wadpac.github.io/GGIR/articles/GGIRParameters.html 

for a list of parameters that can be provided to GGIR.

If the week- and weekend aggregation by GGIR does not work then let me know with a reproducible example.
