Agenda item for this week's meeting

Hi Everyone,

I have been approached by a couple of folks in the building this past week inquiring about the status of the roof work. I did not have any concrete answers for them. It sounds like the situation is getting worse. Could we add this topic to the agenda this week? Now that the weather has turned for the better, perhaps this is a good time of year to start this repair? Please let me know if I can be of any help spearheading this issue.
