Sorry - I cannot find the phone number for the lawn service Charles provided in the history of our group chat. Charles do you mind forwarding that again?

And Doug do you have the number for the lawn guy we have used in the past and his pricing?

No problem! I think I also threatened to provide the names of a few other contractors I like, so here's all of them:

• Lawn: Misael, 720-933-0177. Not the most reliable for landscaping & sprinkler jobs, but they do a nice job when they show up, and their prices are great for everything. 
• Hardwood flooring: Clayton Brady, 720-436-8101. Not sure if he's still in business, but he redid all of the flooring on the bottom level of our place, and was half the price of any other quote we got.
• Paint: Kind Home Solutions. I can't recommend these guys enough -- punctual, communicative, competitively priced, great work. Only large jobs ($2000+), but they did a GREAT job on our interior. If you contact them, tell Aric that I sent you.
• Drywall: John Harriger, 720-338-8011. Funny old-school guy, but has done some nice work for us at both of our places. 
• HVAC: Brian at Eagle Crest Heating & Air Conditioning, 303-451-5607. Incredibly blunt, straight-shooter type. I've hired him twice, and 100% trust him.
• Window & door repair/replacement: Philip at Bear Valley Custom Glass and Doors, 720-468-7012. Great problem solver, nice guy, wickedly underpriced as of last year. 
• Plumber: Jason at Millennial Plumbing, 303-961-6965. Not cheap, but he's an honest guy who does good work. 
• Dryer vent cleanout: Dryer Vent Doctor. Website is garbage, but Mike is a great guy, and much cheaper than anybody else I could find. 
• Carpet: I had a great experience with Sloane's Carpet Secret. Way more useful than Home Depot/Lowe's. 

I'll keep you all posted on the sale. Hopefully closing June 11 -- please sacrifice a virgin (daiquiri?) to the real estate gods in our honor. ;)
