Meeting

Dear All

You will be aware that last parent-teacher meeting was held on 31-07-2013 at Govandi Centre. In that meeting it was decided that next Parent-teacher meeting will be held after one month i.e. August end. Although I feel things have certainly improved since the last meeting, but there are few issues like, space problem at Nerul, NR Sir leaving for good and his replacement, Bhopadakar Sir also taking leave etc. All these issues need immediate attention before it is too late. We want these issues to be discussed so that no problem arises in future. I have already written to 21st Century about the above matter and have requested them to hold a parent-teacher meeting latest by tomorrow evening. But your cooperation is very much needed here. So if you feel there should a meeting, then please call the Chembur management or any concerned person of the institution.

Dear Mr. Koul,

 

      Thanks for taking this initiative. I am separately writing and talking with 21 st Century management. They should schedule a parent teacher meeting soon. I would also like to draw attention of the parents whose ward is a Ramanand Arya DAV student. Practical classes have not been scheduled so far. Certainly we do not want all practical classes to be cramped in the month of December just before the practical examination. IUDBS has already conducted first session of practical classes!

Mail sent to 21 st century management on 31.08.2013

Dear Sir,

During the last parent teacher meeting (held on 31.07.2013), it was promised that next parent teacher meeting will be held in a months time. This is a gentle reminder that one month have passed since our last meeting and its time for the next meeting for taking stock of the latest situation and progress of preparation for the students appearing for IIT JEE and board exam in 2014.

This is also to place on record and appreciate the initiatives since our last meeting. However, I want to draw your attention for scheduling practical classes for Ramanand DAV College students. There are other issues which may be discussed in the parent teachers meeting. Kindly schedule a meeting at the earliest.
