Hi George :

I was communicating with you last week due to my Religious Group participation in the BTC this Sunday @Zilker botanical gardens. I wanted to ask you whether we can get some food/drinks for our volunteers like juice/water/fruit/cereal bars ?

In the past, BTC has provided & we have always taken food/drinks to the Pease Park

Please let me know:
-Anu

I'm going to look at our current expenses this evening but i think we can swing it...at least with cereal bars/juice. What other sites do you recommend so we have a good count of items needed?

Thanks,

Sonia

we're going to provide juice, cereal bars, etc. for the folks who come out to Sunset Valley, but I was just thinking of doing it out of pocket or splitting with some of the other volunteer parents.

Sonia, George, Ketan,

Between, what Ketan and I contribute, and the money from last year, we should have enough for some of the larger sites.  We will need to think of how we get the stuff out to the site leaders though.

My thinking is that we deliver the breakfast bars and juices after the kick-off event or invite the site leaders to the kick-off around 8am or so to pick-up for the 9am projects?! The other option is to deliver the bars/juices on Friday to the site coordinators themselves. Or, we identify a kick-off volunteer who can deliver to the three sites on Sunday morning.

Yes, I do believe we have enough money.

I'm thinking we only spend $100 on breakfast tacos for Sunday's kick off (75 tacos from Taco Cabana).
