Hi

In this heat, the plastic liner of the rear wheels is sagging something fierce and rubbing.

Has anyone put a self tapping screw in to hold the plastic up and away from the tires?

I do have slightly larger tires than original, but the flopping plastic would rub anyway even on original size.

Thanks

George

I have owned 2 in the past.  Only one showed this problem when the weather was hot.  I did fix it by a couple of self tapping screws.
Be sure to not use too long a screw or it will make an appearance in the rear wheel area inside the vehicle.    This fixed the problem for me.

Thanks for the confirmation.  I’ll do just that if it ever cools down.
