We have ants in our unit. We have tried to use the store bought ant bait for the past couple of months, but they are still here. Michael Baum mentioned that the HOA has two free apartment extermination a month. Can you please coordinate for someone to come by our apartment to exterminate the ants? Mike in cc will be home to let them in, so please have them coordinate with him on a date and time. Thank you.

Thanks, Amy.  That’s what we have been using for months now.  Ours are coming from outside - from the double “balcony” doors that don’t fully seal.  When it rains there’s a row of ants going into our apartment.  We need something professional grade at this point.

Hi Shannon, 

Did you find a replacement for MD Weaver? I wasn't sure if anyone was coming this morning, so I spoke with them, and they said they could be available to come the afternoon of Sept 4, but we're actually not contracted with them any longer, so they can't book that unless they speak with you first. 

The MD Weaver employee I spoke with said that someone actually did come on 8/21, but it was at 12:57pm, outside the 9am-12pm window. Nobody from them contacted me any time that day, though.

Hi Michael,

 

I have been informed that they will be using a gel bait on the interior corners and spraying a liquid gel on the balcony.  You will not be able to use your balcony for at least 4 hours after treatment.  If it is a rainy day or there is rain predicted at time of treatment we will have to reschedule, or the balcony treatment will just wash away and be of not substantial help.  It needs 4 hours to dry.
