Hello Guy,

I'm sorry you are having problems. When this message appears, it is generally means there is some issue with the HTML coding of the web page. Zinepal is only able to process cleanly coded web pages.

If it is not possible to identify and fix the problem, then the only workaround is to copy and paste correct portions of the web page into the eBook using the "Add New Story" function. (Also, in doing this you will discover which sections of the web page are problematic).

I hope this information helps.

Best regards, Paul.

Hello Bonnie,

I am sorry you are experiencing problems. If you check the Help -> FAQ section you will find some information on the kind of issues which would cause this error.

In any case, as long as you do not finalize your eBook, the current state will remain preserved. I would suggest that you try a process of elimination  to identify which component of the eBook is causing the problem. You can do this by "Customizing your eBook" to "remove" one story at a time and then repeat the "Preview" until you know which story is causing the problem. Then you can cut and paste various parts of it successively until you have a working "Preview". (Please note that the Edit functions are part of the paid Pro-version).

I hope this helps you further.

Best regards, Paul.
