Can make a bot that forward message to everyone as sender name?

I want to create a chat bot that broadcast message to everybody in my list

Scenario
=======
1. 'A' talk with bot 'Hello world'
2. bot will send message to everybody in my list like a "A said: Hello World' without tell everybody this is bot chat (act as sender is 'A')

Can I implement this?

Sorry for unclear question. I just want to make chatroom with this library. Can I implement that?

In order to pretend to be A, you need access to a server's internals. This does, however, violate the spirit if not the letter of the XMPP spec and would not be accepted as a patch into any widely used XMPP servers.
