Opening XMind files in Ubuntu - doesn't open file - starts new one

using ubuntu 12.04

when double-clicking an existing xmind file, the file doesn't open,
instead a new file is opened as if you started xmind from scratch.

anyone else seeing this?

An imperfect solution is as follow:

The problem is that a blank page will be opened at the same time.

Please download the beta of portable version at,

http://dl2.xmind.net/3.3beta/xmind-portable-3.3.0.201206280929.zip

This is a standalone package. Unzip it to a clear folder, then you can go into that folder, and launch xmind.

Attached is the changes in new xmind.

Usage steps are,

    Launch new xmind beta

    Select "Help -- Activate XMind Pro/Plus"

    Click "Already purchase" of XMind Pro 2012

    Input below test license info
