Hi,

Thank you for answering my questions! I have another one here:

1. I'm trying to use the 3D rendering function but I'm wondering if it shows all the voxels (the ones in the sulci for example)?

2. I'm also wondering if there's a way to change the color scheme for the voxels in 3D rendering?

3. Is there a way (in general) to visualize voxels in a 3D translucent brain?

4. Regarding the glass brain, sometimes the voxels have different shades of grey, is the intensity of greyness related to the value of the voxel or the depth of the voxel (how far it is into the brain from the viewer)?

5. Is there a way to change the color scheme of the voxels in glass view?

Thanks!

Best,
Jane

1. 3D render in xjview is identical to spm's 3d render. It only shows the voxels on the surface. I don't think it shows sulci clearly.

2. Unfortunately not easy without changing the source code.

3. There are probably tools to do that but I don't know any. Anybody knows?

4. I think it only correlates with the intensity.

5. No. Glass view is black-n-white.
