New weblocks demos

Hi group. Here https://groups.google.com/d/msg/weblocks/fbcYO0jscCY/6KjWAqPBfdoJ I've announced weblocks-selenium-tests. 

Now the project has increased slightly and I have new weblocks demos to show.

Demos here serve as a base for selenium tests and as just demos.

Currently there are 3 small demo apps with demonstration of different weblocks environments - weblocks + prototype, weblocks + jquery, weblocks + jquery + twitter bootstrap.

New demos and tests can be added separately as a plugins. 

Currently demo contains 2 such plugins - twitter bootstrap demo app (from here https://github.com/html/weblocks-twitter-bootstrap-application-tests) and jquery ajax file upload field (from here https://github.com/html/weblocks-ajax-file-upload-presentation).

Hope code will be useful for someone.

It seems tests work only with my version of cl-selenium which I've added here https://github.com/html/cl-selenium
