Selenium tests for weblocks

Happy to announce that I've started work on selenium tests suite for weblocks.

I will add tests according to my needs (for example when fixing bug or when I just want to make test for my pleasure).

This is also a good example of using selenium with weblocks. It uses stefil, cl-selenium.

And though there is only one test, environment has been set up and work started.
