Generating testng.xml file at run time from excel file using Java

Hi,

I want to generate testng.xml file at run-time by specifying test classes and other parameters from an excel file. Yes or No will be specified adjacent to each class name in the sheet and the class having Yes should get executed.

Is there any way to do that and generate testng.xml at run time for the classes having yes next to it. Please help
