[PATCH] Teach matchit to properly keep jumps

Matchit uses a sequence of commands to move the cursor to its final
position. It should keep intermediate positions out of the jumplist.

This is the first time I am submitting a patch. I've attached it as a
separate file. Let me know if I should prepare it differently.

When you submit patch to a runtime file you should CC its maintainer listed at the top of the file in addition to vim-dev. It is he who will decide, but CCing list is necessary in case maintainer is out or for collecting responses from other users.
